Anglesey Bakes A Cake
An Anglesey man has cooked up a delicious engagement gift for the Island's very own Royal couple. Benjamin Lee, aged 34, who owns Y Becws Mefus in Llangefni, has made a luxury chocolate cake to mark Prince William and Kate Middleton's engagement. Benjamin said: "I thought it would be a nice gesture from the people of Anglesey. I think they have a difficult job to come and they are the new generation. The feedback I got was that Prince William thoroughly enjoyed this cake and he took some back home - so I'm sure Kate enjoyed it too." More details here.
