Abermorddu Street Party

Bunting, banners and balloons will be the order of the day when a north Wales community pitches together to organise a traditional street party for The Royal Wedding. Dulcie Massey, of Maes Cibyn in Abermorddu, came up with the idea for the celebration having organised a street party for the Jubilee celebrations in 1977. Mrs Massey, aged 70, also hopes to bring a bit of history to the event, by bringing out the paper plates from her 1977 celebration. More.
